1. How long does delivery take in the UK?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Do you ship outside of the UK?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We may expand to international delivery in the future.

3. Can I return a product if I’ve opened it?

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

4. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.

5. How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
